This is the same old B. S. that's been spread throughout every gym locker room by misinformed wanna-be`s who truly believe that the answer to breaking through a no-growth period is to work even harder.
The fact is that if you've reached a point where a muscle group has stopped showing gains, chances are you have already been busting your ass in the gym to the point where your muscles can not fully recover and grow new tissue.
